When HDR works it works real good. Out of curiosity did you do a color HDR and then convert to B&W?

I did… I wonder how it would have done if I reduced the colors before taking the files into photomatix… I'll have to play with that now.

I was asking because I put 3 B&W images into Photomatix and everything seemed to work but then the thumbnail and image were unreadable in Adobe Bridge.
