I have wanted to get this image for so long! I finally got it! This was notably a sleepless night, in that from this shot I went to Mono Lake, and then to the Bristlecone Pine forests where I stayed till after sundown. It was a busy time.

This is really cool. I love how it looks like day except that you can see the stars.

Yeah, if I leave the shutter open long enough on a full moon night I can actually overexpose the image! I like the way night photography works, and how the only other clue besides the stars is the way the shadow play works. Thanks!
